Connecting With Sisters

Alpha Sigma Taus of all ages celebrate their sisterhood on the 1998 National Convention dance floor.

Connecting With Sisters

Renewing and making new bonds of Sisterhood are a longtime focus of National Conventions. The forms of that bonding have changed over the years, but the idea of celebrating shared values and ideals with sisters young and old has remained. Whereas a celebratory tea may have been the ideal social function in 1925, today's National Conventions include events like welcome nights and Coffee with the Council. The goal of strengthening the bonds of sisterhood has always been a priority.
